How to enroll travelers

Group leader responsibilities

Sign necessary documents
As a group leader, you do not need to pay the $95 Enrollment Fee or send in an enrollment form. Upon accessing your personal secure website, you must agree to a Group Leader Release and Agreement Form online. You can complete this form by logging into My Tours.

Ensure that all your free place travelers send in a paper enrollment form with a free place label (or group leaders may enroll free places online through their EF account). Free place travelers do not need to pay the Enrollment Fee. Make sure your free places are enrolled by 99 days prior to departure for 2009 tours (110 days prior to departure for 2010/2011 tours) or they will be assessed a late enrollment fee.

Monitor participant enrollment
Remember, you can check on group enrollment and payments from your online account under My Tours . Your travelers can also access their accounts, sign up for all-inclusive insurance and make payments conveniently 24 hours a day online, or by calling EF directly at 1-800-665-5364.

For 2009 tours, all travelers must pay their tour balance in full at least 99 days prior to departure.

For 2010/2011 tours, all travelers must pay their tour balance in full by 110 days prior to departure, with the exception of Departure Fees, which must be paid in full by 50 days prior to departure.

Use the Group Check Form to submit a single check that includes payments for multiple students (e.g. if you held a fundraising activity or are writing a check from a club or school group account).

Traveler responsibilities

Every traveler must submit an enrollment form and the Enrollment Fee. When enrolling, participants must provide EF with their first and last names as they appear (or will appear) on their passports. Middle names are not required.

Ways to enroll and pay the $95 Enrollment Fee:

Online: Travelers can enroll online using the tour number to submit an enrollment form

Mail: When mailing, we recommend that travelers submit enrollment forms to their group leader. The group leader should then send all forms in one envelope to:
